Interested in obtaining your Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) for non-restricted firearms? Join Barrhead Community Adult Learning for the Canadian Firearms Safety Course, a full-day program designed to provide the knowledge and skills required for safe firearm handling and ownership in Canada. Participants will learn about firearm safety, safe storage and transportation, firearm operation, ammunition, and the legal responsibilities of firearm owners. Upon successful completion of the course and examinations, participants will receive the certification required to apply for a PAL through the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
